Dual Band 20W Linear Power Amplifier

The X and Ku band SSPA is a high power high gain amplifier suitable for SATCOM application. The SSPA covers frequencies of 9.5 to 10GHz for the X band and 13.75 to 15.35 GHz for the Ku band. The SSPA is operated with 28V/6A and delivers very linear output power of 20W for the X band and 16W for the Ku band. The SSPA provides RF power detection of 35dB of dynamic range for each frequency band and it is calibrated to operate at temperatures of -40 to +49C. The SSPA is accessible by connection to a PC thru a RS485. Both bands are contained within one housing that can be easily mounted on a back of an antenna.
