4 Watt Ka-Band

Amplifier

Model: PA-2930-3615

???

This compact amplifier is ideal for emerging broadband satellite uplink applications. Its leading-edge MMIC-based design provides good linearity and close to 1 GHz of bandwidth.

The ITS 4 Watt Ka-Band Amplifier can be used as a standalone component of a transmitter or transceiver or as a driver for a TWT or Klystronbased High Power amplifier.

Similar products in this family are available with up to 1 GHz of bandwidth and center frequencies from 24-30 GHz, allowing application in terrestrial wireless networks (LMDS/LMCS).
