ITS Electronics Inc. is an established company with over 30 years of experience supplying microwave products and Subsystems for Satellite Communications applications such as frequency converters, transceivers, radios, and intelligent wireless subsystems for commercial, government and defense customers.
Successful candidates will have experience performing the following tasks:
- Substrate brazing
- Active device brazing
- Die attach (adhesive)
- Wire bonding – wedge and ball
- Ribbon bonding – wedge and parallel gap
- Cleaning of modules
- Housing assembly
- Super-component integration
This position requires:
- At least 5 years experience in relevant work
- Familiarity with ESD protection practices
- Read and understand assembly documentation
- Must meet requirements for Controlled Goods Regulation
- Ability to inspect assembly elements
- Familiarity with traveler practices
- Familiarity with clean room practices
- Familiarity with material handling practices
- Familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100 system elements
